Each Group and Segment which you have selected will now be displayed with their selected Data Element, repeated for the number of times you have specified. You may change the the name of any item; the new name will be the one which will appear in the form template. For example, where a Group or Segment is repeated, you may wish to use a different name for each occurrence. You may also reduce the number of repeats of any item - for example, the number of Segments within a particular occurrence of a Group. To delete an item, check the "DELETE" box for that item. If a delete box is not shown, this means that the item is mandatory. If you delete a Group you can ignore all the Segment and Data Element entries for that group. If you delete a Segment, you can ignore all the Data Element entries for that Segment.
For Composite Data Elements the Component Data Element names are indented.
Indenting of Groups indicates nesting within the previous Group.
